Headlines và những quy tắc tiếng anh xây dựng

"Quy tắc 1:
Các headlines thường sử dụng “to” để nói về thời gian trong Tương lai; thì Quá khứ để nói về sự kiện xảy ra trong quá khứ xa; và sử dụng thì Hiện tại đơn để nói về các sự kiện đã xảy ra ở gần thời điểm nói.
Ví dụ 1:
Nasa is going to lauch a new Mars probe next month.
-> Nasa to launch new Mars probe.

Ví dụ 2:
A bear attacked villagers in Madagasca last month.
-> Bear attacked villagers.

Ví dụ 3:
President George Bush annouced subtantial increases in Homeland Security budget yesterday.
-> Bush announces budget increases.

Quy tắc 2 :
Mạo từ (a, an, the), tính từ và ngày tháng cụ thể ít được sử dụng khi viết Headlines; danh từ, động từ chính, và các khoảng thời gian thường được sử dụng.
Ví dụ:
The city theatre had to close for a week because of a bomb attack.
-> City theatre closed a week.

Quy tắc 3:
Nếu câu chính ở thể bị động, bỏ động từ “be” và giữ nguyên quá khứ phân từ.
Ví dụ:
The famous Mona Lisa painting has been stolen from Louvre (famous museum in Paris, France).
-> Mona Lisa was stolen.
