Những cấu trúc bị động đặc biệt thường xuất hiện trong kỳ thi TOEIC

Sau đây là Những cấu trúc bị động đặc biệt thường xuất hiện trong kỳ thi TOEIC lúc bạn học TOEIC để chuẩn bị thi:

1. Những cấu trúc bị động không được sử dụng với giới từ “by”

Be disappointed
Be surprised                       + At
Be frightened

Ex: she is so disappointed at his job performance

Be engaged
Be interested                         + in
Be involved

Ex: He is very interested in the environmental issues

Be composed
Be made                              + of
Be tired

Ex: Our team is composed of the best employees in our company

Be married
Be dedicated                     + to

Ex: she has been married to him for 2 years

Be bored
Be filled                                + with
Be satisfied

Ex: The executives were satisfied with the presentation

2. Câu chủ động với nghĩa bị động

Một vài động từ ở dạng chủ động nhưng được sử dụng với nghĩa bị động.
Các động từ đó bao gồm:

Cut         peel       read
Sell         wash

Ex: Tomatoes peel easily if you scald them in hot water

Một vài động từ theo sau là dạng Danh động từ (Gerund) nhưng lại mang nghĩa bị động. Dạng Gerund có thể thay bằng “to be + Pii”

Deserve/require/want/need + V-ing

Ex:
The shoes need polishing
=The shoes need to be polished

3. Một số cấu trúc bị động đặc biệt

-          S+have/has+ People+ do something

Chuyển thành

-          S+have/has+something+done

Ex: The director had the machines repaired

-          I saw Mr Peter going down the stairs

Chuyển thành

-          Mr Peter was seen going down the stairs

-          I saw Mr Peter go down the stairs
